Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation for around three weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Subsequent maturation for 12 months – 50% in temperature-controlled stainless steel and 50% in oak barrels.
Deep ruby with violet reflections, revealing a beautiful bouquet of black berry, cherry, spice and cocoa. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated with fine texture on the palate. Very long finish.
The estate vineyards are situated in the region of Gallura in northern Sardinia. Geologically, the terrain here tends to consist of granite and sand – soils that are rich in potassium but contain significant amounts of phosphorus and nitrogen as well. This is the ideal terroir for growing Vermentino.
