Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 30°C for 28 days. Subsequent maturation for 36 months in large oak. No filtering.
An expressive, complex and very lively wine with floral and mentholic notes on the nose. Powerful on the palate, with dense structure. A classic Barbaresco that promises lots of drinking pleasure.
