The grapes were sourced from the Bigolla vineyard. Manual harvest followed by traditional vinification with native yeasts. Maturation for 16 to 22 months in French oak, then at least one year of bottle ageing. No filtering.
Intense nose of cherry and almond. Very ripe, dark red fruit, well-balanced acidity, and velvety tannins give this wine an elegant structure.
Mainly limestone and loam soils.
