Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 30°C for 28 days. Subsequent maturation for a minimum of 30 months in large oak and an additional 9 months in the bottle. No filtering.
This Barbaresco Riserva has an expressive nose of red berries, dried flowers, violet, mint, tobacco and leather. Medium-bodied on the palate, with great depth and elegance, ripe tannins and persistent length.
Clayey limestone with sandy veins.
