Selective manual harvest of overripe grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Long maturation on the fine lees to lend extra suppleness, texture and complexity.
Racy nose with dark aromas. This Spätlese shows depth and ripeness, with beautiful balance between tension and sweetness.
