Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle pressing followed by wild-yeast fermentation in 1,000- and 3,000-litre oak casks. Maturation on the fine lees for 12 months, without any bâtonnage (lees stirring).
Intense nose of yellow fruit and orange zest. The acidity is juicy and fresh but tightly woven. Creamy and very assertive on a fine finish.
