Maturation for 15 months in oak, of which 20% was new. The wine was filtered before bottling.
Elegant nose of dark berries, violet and fine, pure Pinot fruit – complemented by delicate roasted characters. This Meursault is juicy on the palate, with fine tannins and a full body. Persistent finish with lots of berry fruit.
The grapes come from two limestone-rich plots in Volnay Santenots, where the vines have an average age of 20 years
