Special characteristic
  • Contains sulphites

Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Destemming to around 75%, followed by controlled maceration (skin contact) and subsequent fermentation, partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel and partly in large oak casks. Maturation in large oak casks and Burgundian oak barrels, before bottling and subsequent release.

Aromatic nose of raspberry, cherry, wild herbs, dried flowers, and spice. Full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins and juicy, perfectly integrated acidity. The finish is long, showing herbs and lots of ripe fruit. This exceptional Châteauneuf-du-Pape is now at its peak.

Les Brusquières, a lieu-dit situated in the north-west of the appellation, benefits from a slightly cooler microclimate and sits on the famous galtes pebbles and clay, sand and Limestone.
