Made mostly from estate-grown Riesling fruit. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation. Contemporary winemaking techniques to de-alcoholise the wine: a vacuum evaporator is used to heat the wine to a temperature of up to 29°C, and the alcohol evaporates as a result. This method preserves the wine's key ingredients, aromas and flavours, because alcohol in a vacuum has a low boiling point.
Characteristic fruit aromas of citrus, green apple and peach on the nose. The palate has juicy, balanced acidity and a nicely integrated hint of sweetness. Beautifully fresh, light mouthfeel on the finish.
