Made from estate-grown Riesling fruit. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation. Contemporary winemaking techniques to de-alcoholise the wine: a vacuum evaporator is used to heat the wine to a temperature of up to 29°C, and the alcohol evaporates as a result. This method preserves the wine's key ingredients, aromas and flavours, because alcohol in a vacuum has a low boiling point.
This zero-alcohol white wine shows characteristic lime and citrus as well as surprising notes of rhubarb and red apple with a touch of minerality. Eins-Zwei-Zero is light and fresh, with lovely acidity.
Made from fruit grown in the vineyards of Geisenheim, Oestrich-Winkel, Hattenheim and Erbach, which mainly have deep loess and loam soils (including marl and gravel deposits around Oestrich).
