Hand-selected grapes. Cold maceration ('cold soak') for eight hours followed by gentle pressing, then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Fresh and fruity on the nose, with stone fruit, citrus, apricot, honeydew melon and exotic fruit. Quite light on the palate, with balanced acidity lending freshness. Medium finish with exotic fruit and citrus characters.
