Delicate nose of citrus and ripe apple along with fresh herbs and hints of nut. This Pinot Gris has a lovely lean and bone-dry palate. The acidity is balanced, marrying with volcanic minerality to give fine salinity on a persistent finish.
The village of Jechtingen is situated between Burkheim and Sasbach. Its soils are of volcanic origin.
