Manual harvest followed by vinification in oak as well as stainless steel, with little to no winemaking intervention. Then a long period of maturation on the gross lees. This pure, dry wine is neither fined nor filtered.
This is a fresh, crisp Mosel Riesling showing citrus, herbs and peach on the nose. The palate is dry, with juicy acidity combined with a low alcohol level of 11% helping to give a wonderfully fresh, light mouthfeel.
All the grapes for this bottling come from steep, organically farmed vineyards, with vines up to 60 years of age.
