A very good entry-level base wine and an innovative vacuum evaporation process are key to making this zero-alcohol sparkler. The production method is very gentle, because the alcohol already begins to evaporate at 29°C. This helps a great deal in preserving the aromas and flavours.
This zero-alcohol sparkling rosé has beautiful, lively bubbles. Rosehip and raspberry provide freshness and a pleasant tingle. Pure drinking pleasure.
Made from fruit grown in the vineyards of Geisenheim, Oestrich-Winkel, Hattenheim and Erbach, which mainly have deep loess and loam soils (including marl and gravel deposits around Oestrich).
