Hand-picked grapes transported swiftly back to the winery. Triage and gentle pressing. Fermentation in 1'200-litre oak vessels. All the estate's wines are vegan, i.e. no animal products were used in the vinification process.
Beautiful fresh aromas of citrus, peach and exotic fruit. Dry and medium-bodied on the palate, with tremendous succulence as well as balanced minerality.
The south-south-west facing slope lies above the municipality of Johannisberg. The Taunus quartzite is covered with medium to deep loess and loess loam.
