Hand-picked Riesling fruit transported swiftly back to the winery. Meticulous selection (limited yield of around 35 hl/ha) followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel, where the wine remains on its fine lees for a few months before bottling.
Nose of apple, herbs, white currant and flint. Focused on the palate, with beautiful depth and concentration complemented by juicy acidity. Fine spice on the finish.
