A very good entry-level base wine and an innovative vacuum evaporation process are key to making this zero-alcohol sparkler. The production method is very gentle, because the alcohol already begins to evaporate at 29°C. This helps a great deal in preserving the aromas and flavours.
This is a very fresh sparkler with Riesling-like hints of lime and citrus as well surprising notes of rhubarb and red apple in addition to highly refreshing, mineral characters. Notably long and dry on the finish for a zero-alcohol bubbly.
Made from fruit grown in the vineyards of Geisenheim, Oestrich-Winkel, Hattenheim and Erbach, which mainly have deep loess and loam soils (including marl and gravel deposits around Oestrich).
