Maturation in 60% used oak barrels and 40% stainless steel. No sulphur additions and no racking. The wine finally received the bare minimum of sulphur before being bottled without filtration or fining.
Roserica is a delightfully different rosé that smells of raspberry, cranberry, dried herbs, rose, spices and earth. Medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate, with ripe red fruit. Persistent herbal finish with olive notes. Make sure to give this wine enough air.
The vines grow on a subsoil of hard tuff limestone with silex and sandy loam.
