Manual harvest involving triage. Half of the total volume underwent maturation on the lees for eight months in French oak barrels. No filtering.
Pale lemon with green reflections. Complex nose dominated by mineral characters and complemented by citrus fruit and blossom. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, with a soft finish.
Sourced within the Costières de Nîmes AOP. Galets roulés (round river stones) on loamy sand.
