Vinification exclusively in stainless steel – resulting in a wine with all the fresh, fruity, crisp attributes of a Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre.
Pale gold. Intense nose of citrus and apricots along with a floral, minerally note. Fresh, juicy and pure, with a fascinating balance between fruit and acidity.
The calcareous loam soils on which this wine is grown offer good balanced drainage and water retention. They are typical of Sancerre – France's classic region for Sauvignon Blanc.
