Maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which a third are new.
Intense on the nose, with citrus fruit and citrus zest, Granny Smith apple, exotic fruit (mango, kiwi and pineapple), gooseberry and subtle oak notes. Fresh on the palate with a juicy mouthfeel and gossamer tannins. Medium-bodied with a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.
Sourced from the gravel soils that gave the Graves appellation its name.
