Hand-picked at optimum ripeness. Gentle maceration (skin contact), spontaneous native-yeast fermentation, and maturation for around eight months in French oak barrels.
Fruity berry aromas on the nose, with blackberry, blueberry, herbal characters and a suggestion of black olives. The palate is soft and medium-bodied with very approachable tannins and a medium finish.
Eco-friendly, biodynamic farming, allowing the terroir to retain its natural balance. Clay-limestone soils.
