Selective manual harvest of overripe grapes. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Long maturation on the fine lees to lend extra suppleness, texture and complexity.
Intense, pure and precise on the nose, with white fruit, citrus and reductive notes. Delicate and playful on the palate, with lovely succulence.
The weathered Devonian slate terroir of this steeply sloping vineyard offers ideal conditions for growing grapes thanks to its south-south-westerly aspect and gradients of up to 70 degrees.
