Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Maceration (skin contact) for 72 hours followed by gentle pressing and then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine was left to rest for a short time before being bottled.
Medium lemon. A wonderfully precise, linear Silvaner with mineral intensity and crystalline texture on the palate.
Sourced from Escherndorfer Lump – a very steep south-facing vineyard with a 60-degree incline and deep soils consisting of shell limestone.
