Selective manual harvest at the beginning of September. Gentle pressing followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was left to rest for six months before being bottled.
Straw-yellow colour. Intense aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus and green apple, with delicate floral notes. Dry on the palate, with lots of freshness and juicy acidity. Lemon and peach on a balanced medium finish.
Ancient soils comprised of sandy, crumbly, ochre-coloured 'Rocche' as well as marl. This terroir is an excellent foundation for producing elegant, floral, fruity wines of great finesse.
