Selective manual harvest at the beginning of September. Gentle pressing, with 10 months of fermentation in stainless steel for the Arneis and at least 12 months in used oak barrels for the Chardonnay. After blending, the two wines mature together for another two years.
Deep straw-yellow appearance, with white fruit, flowers and vanilla pods on the nose. Generous and well structured on the palate. A serious white wine offering something different.
Ancient soils comprised of sandy, crumbly, ochre-coloured 'Rocche' as well as marl. This terroir is an excellent foundation for producing elegant, floral, fruity wines of great finesse.
