Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. After gentle pressing, 75% of the Grenache and Roussanne juice was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel while the remaining 25% was fermented in new oak barrels. The wine then matured on its lees in large casks, where it underwent regular bâtonnage (lees stirring). While the Clairette stays 100% in stainless steel.
Pale gold. Balanced nose of yellow stone fruit, with subtle roasted notes and a slight mineral hint. Vibrant with excellent harmony on the palate. Creamy mouthfeel with acidity and cool minerality providing plenty of refreshment. Floral and fruit notes also combine with a pleasant bitter nuance, culminating in a long, intense finish.
