Manual harvest with subsequent fermentation in stainless steel vats and maturation in oak vessels for five months.
Lemon colour. Complex nose of apple, pear and citrus, with stony minerality and perfectly judged use of oak. The palate is dry, with juicy acidity and a lovely full body. Delicate creaminess as well as salty notes on a long finish.
Vines aged over 60 years, sitting on marl and calcareous loam.
