Domaine Servin
Domaine Servin produces singular wines from the best Chablis terroirs, taking advantage of the unique microclimate of one of the world’s premier Chardonnay regions.
The Servin family’s history as vineyard owners in Chablis dates back as far back as the 16th century. Situated in the heart of Chablis, the estate is still in family hands today, with a history spanning seven generations.
Prime vineyards in Chablis
Servin is now one of the biggest family-owned wineries in Chablis – farming 36 hectares of vineyard, with 39 plots situated on some the appellation’s most famous slopes.
An individual approach
As they have always done, the Servins harvest their grapes strictly by hand and vinify their different plots separately in order to express the identity and authenticity of every vineyard. The use of modern winemaking equipment allows them to make consistently high-quality wines in the estate’s inimitable style.
