Selective manual harvest into small 30-kg containers. After malolactic fermentation, the wine spends eight to 10 months in tanks and tuns.
Gold colour, with a fresh nose of ripe pear, citrus, pineapple and honeycomb. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, with a medium body and a persistent, lemony, salty finish.
Die Trauben stammen von einem 300 Meter hohen und 18 Hektar grossem Rebberg. Der Untergrund besteht mehrheitlich aus sandiger Mergel mit einer Mischung von Lehm und Kalkstein.
