Temperature-controlled fermentation (28°C maximum) on the skins for 15 to 20 days, followed by traditional maturation for two years in French 30-hectolitre oak vessels. No filtering. Bottle ageing at optimum cellar conditions.
Der Barolo Villero 2017 ist ein kraftvoller Wein mit Aromen von reifen roten Früchten, Pflaumen, Rosenblüten und dezenter Würze. Die Textur am Gaumen ist weich, gute Struktur mit seidigen Gerbstoffen und einer schönen Frische im Abgang.
