Fresh on the nose. Vegetal and earthy, with pale yellow fruit notes and pronounced minerality. This is an extremely drinkable wine, showing lovely succulence and precise acidity.
Katharina's monopole holding, Benn, is the smallest of all the vineyards in Westhofen. Its calcareous soils are planted with Riesling vines aged over 45 years.
