Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Cold maceration ('cold soak') followed by natural wild-yeast fermentation on the skins. Maturation for ten months in oak. A vegan wine grown organically and according to biodynamic principles.
Ripe red fruit on the nose. Fresh, spicy and intense on the palate, with beautiful acidity and balance. Long finish.
Jumilla is situated in the Murcia region. This fruit was sourced from 25- to 50-year-old vines in the municipalities of La Muela, Las Heras and El Ladrón, where the soils consist of limestone (Monastrell), sand and loam (Cencibel) as well as calcareous bedrock (Syrah).
