Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Ten days on the skins followed by racking. Continued vinification involving several months in large oak vessels and at least three months in concrete tanks before subsequent bottling.
The nose shows an abundance of fresh red forest fruit, rose petal, and violet as well as slightly herbal notes and a hint of forest floor. This Nebbiolo is medium-bodied and finely structured on the palate, with well-judged tannins and a persistent, fresh, fruit-driven finish.
