No pesticides or herbicides in the vineyard. Gentle vinification with only subtle use of oak. An average of 25% new oak for both reds and whites. Since 2012, the property has also been using larger vessels in addition to traditional 228-litre pièces.
Dark garnet. Intense on the nose, with ripe cherry, blackberry and cranberry, as well as a hint of spice and forrest in the background. Ripe, balsamic fruit on the palate, with a tightly woven structure. A fine and delicious wine.
Limestone and loam soils, east- and north-facing slopes.
