Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Gentle whole-bunch pressing followed by fermentation. Subsequent maturation on the lees for eight months in 100% first-use oak barrels.
Lemon and pineapple fruit, mint, honey-sweet minerality and chalky nuances on the nose. The acidity is well integrated, structured, playful and vibrant. Beautiful texture and concentration.
The fruit is sourced from Merino Vineyard, Kick Ranch Vineyard and Ritchie Vineyard in the heart of Sonoma County.
