Gorgeous nose of citrus, cooking apple, pear, vanilla and honey, with beautifully integrated mineral notes. Powerful, complex and harmonious on the palate, with a multilayered mouthfeel, vibrant acidity and beautiful salinity on the finish.
The 2020 vintage marks the fourth iteration of Cuvée Number Five. The grapes come from a singular clone of Chardonnay (Clone 76), from one vineyard site in the Sonoma Coast AVA.
