Sourced from a selection of low-yielding old-vine plots that produce highly concentrated grapes. Manual harvest involving triage. Gentle extraction through manual maceration (skin contact). Half of the total volume underwent maturation on the lees for six months in French oak barrels. No filtering.
Deep ruby. Intense spice on the nose, with black pepper and dark berries. Rich on the palate, with pronounced spiciness, silky tannins, primary fruit notes, a certain complexity and a long, balanced finish.
Sourced within the Costières de Nîmes AOP. Galets roulés (round river stones) on loamy sand.
