Selectively picked grapes. Fermentation mainly in temperature-controlled stainless steel (with 12% of the juice fermenting in large oak). After gentle pressing, each batch matured separately for 12 months in oak barrels before being blended together.
Deep purple. Complex fruit on the nose, including ripe plum, blackcurrant and dark berries. Balanced structure on the palate, with intense fruit, sweet spice and soft tannins. A wine for every occasion and a great accompaniment to food.
Sourced from the west-facing Turkey Flat vineyard near Bethany, with soils mainly consisting of loam and limestone.
