Hand-picked grape bunches to ensure that only healthy, ripe fruit is used to produce this dry Muskateller. Gentle pressing, then continued skin contact for 24 hours to extract valuable aromas and flavours from the grape skins. Temperature-controlled fermentation followed by transfer into stainless steel vessels, where maturation continues until bottling and subsequent release in April/May of the following year.
Pale lemon. Intense on the nose, with characteristic Muskateller notes of orange zest, ginger and spice. Linear, crystalline and vibrant on the palate. A white wine with invigorating aromatic expression and freshness.
Sourced from vines that grow on loess, loam, red sandstone and various types of limestone.
