After being hand-picked, the grapes were gently pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then spent time in used oak barrels before being bottled in the spring.
A very aromatic Fläscher Sauvignon Blanc, with notes of fresh citrus, elderberry, kiwi, green asparagus, and gooseberry on the nose. Juicy palate with appealing richness and freshness as well as persistent and intense fruit characters on the finish.
The soils at the foot of the Fläscherberg and Falknis mountains, together with the mild climate of the Bündner Herrschaft region, offer ideal growing conditions for growing vines.
