A white wine made from red grapes that were very gentled pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C. No malolactic fermentation. Bottling after around 6 months.
Straw-yellow colour, with fresh and fruity aromas of citrus, apple, pear and acacia blossom on the nose. Persistent on the palate with a juicy acidity and a minerally finish.
The fruit for the Bianca Maria is sourced from Mendrisotto, where the terroir consists of loamy soils over a Limestone bedrock.
