Fermentation in stainless steel. The base wine remained on the lees for 12 months. Traditional-method secondary fermentation in bottle.
Bright gold colour. Notes of green apple, white peach and toasted bread on the nose. This is a harmonious sparkler – the palate is fresh and elegant, with lovely balance and a pleasant mousse.
Sourced from vines sitting 1,250 metres above sea level on soils mainly composed of sand with minor elements of limestone and gravel.
