All the steps that went into making this Malbec were performed at night during the full-moon phase. Six months in used French oak barrels and six months in the bottle before release.
Dark violet colour, with a expressive nose of dark, ripe fruit and flowers. Very balanced and smooth on the palate, with a note of red fruit. Gentle tannins and a balanced finish.
Sourced from vines sitting 1,250 metres above sea level on soils mainly composed of sand with minor elements of limestone and gravel.
