Cantine Marisa Cuomo
Since 1980, Marisa Cuomo has been producing exceptional wine from ancient grape varieties that express the essence of their origins and the unique terroir of the Amalfi Coast. This highly sought-after producer has received international acclaim.
Cantine Marisa Cuomo is situated high above the shoreline among the vines and rocks of Furore. Clinging to the steep Amalfi Coast, the estate holdings benefit from the direct rays of the sun and the influence of the Mediterranean Sea.
A successful venture
Husband-and-wife team Andrea Ferraioli and Marisa Cuomo established their winery in 1980. Andrea hails from a traditional winegrowing family with local roots. A remarkable passion for wine brought him and Marisa together, besides their love for each other. Since setting out on their winemaking venture, they have turned the property into one of Italy’s top addresses.
Innovative but sensitive winemaking
Cantine Marisa Cuomo boasts a spectacular wine cellar that was dug into dolomitic limestone rock and houses French oak barrels. Thanks to innovative but sensitive winemaking as well as decades of experience, the winery has earned an excellent reputation abroad for its outstanding range of wines.
