Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of between 18 and 22°C. Subsequent blending, stabilisation and bottling.
The 2023 vintage of Musar Jeune White has a rich lemon colour and a fresh, fruity nose of apricots, peaches, pineapple, pear, quince and Mediterranean herbs. Dry and balanced on the palate, with lots of fresh apricot and pineapple fruit as well as basil.
Chardonnay and Vermentino on limestone, Viognier on silt. All the vines are organically farmed at an altitude of over 1,000 metres.
