Ten months of maturation in oak barrels.
Velvety, minerally and fresh on the nose with quince, banana and delicate roasted notes. Finely concentrated, complex, and elegant on the palate, with creamy fruit, varied and compact flavour expression, good minerality and assertive, ripe acidity, culminating in a very long, fresh finish.
Grown on loamy, silty, rocky, well-drained soils, from south-south-east-facing vines that have an average age of 20 years.
