Manual harvest. Wild-yeast fermentation followed by maturation in used oak.
Gold colour. Fascinating nose of salted lemon, smoked almond, beeswax, quince and ripe pear. The palate almost has a slightly oily texture, held in wonderful balance by juicy acidity. Both nutty and saline on a persistent finish. If you are already a fan of the Viña Gravonia and Viña Tondonia Rioja whites, you will love this wine too.
Sand and limestone soils.
