The focus is on small-batch production to allow the wines to mature on their lees for as long as possible and obtain a particularly elegant, creamy characteristic. This approach also ensures that the finished wines retain their freshness and youthful charm for as long as possible.

Quality begins in the vineyard – and this Riesling Sekt is no exception. Cover crops in every second vine row are conducive to biodiversity, light defoliation aerates the bunches and increases their exposure to sunlight, while selective hand-picking optimises the quality of the fruit.
