Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in a pressure tank until the alcohol level is around 4%. The half-fermented juice is then cooled down to a temperature of -3°C and put through a micro-filter to prevent the residual sugars and the yeasts from triggering a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine is bottled at pressure to retain the carbon dioxide from the original fermentation.
Aromatic Muscat scents with floral notes. Fresh and gently sparkling, with a full body, intense flavours, a long finish and perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The crème de la crème of Moscatos.
Sourced from the vineyards of Castiglione Tinella, where the soils, interspersed with limestone and volcanic tuff, are characteristic of the Asti region as a whole.
